Start your day with 10 minutes of intentional breathing. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, then exhale slowly for 6 seconds. Repeat this for 10 minutes to help set a calm tone for your day.
